Yes. Your tour price is fully inclusive of all costs. This includes admission fees to both Wai-O-Tapu ($47.00) and Waimangu Volcanic Valley ($75.00).
Additionally, we provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off services from your accommodation, so you won’t need to worry about booking an Uber or arranging your own transport.

We offer complimentary door-to-door pick-ups from Rotorua accommodation providers between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. The tour concludes with a drop-off back at your accommodation or a central CBD location at approximately 1:00 PM, leaving your entire afternoon free.

Yes. We schedule a brief comfort stop at the Wai-O-Tapu Visitor Centre mid-morning, giving you a chance to use the facilities, browse the gift shop, and grab a quick takeaway coffee or light snack before we head to the Lady Knox Geyser eruption. We also stop at the Waimangu cafe at 12 pm for a 30min stop before heading back into town.

The tour features a moderate level of walking on well-maintained gravel paths and boardwalks. This includes a steady, manageable downward walk through the unique landscapes of Waimangu Volcanic Valley. It is highly suitable for standard fitness levels and all ages. We strongly recommend wearing comfortable, supportive walking shoes. Our guides tally up to 6000 steps during the morning tour, well on your way to 10,000 for the day.
